HOW TO USE
Apply a small amount on the chest, neck, back, or body parts in pain and massage gently. In case of runny nose apply topically under the nasal area. Repeat 2-3 times a day and especially before bedtime to enjoy a tranquil night. Do not apply to open wounds. For external use only.
