PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

1. Bank Account Deposit

You can deposit the price of your order to one of the following kura.gr bank accounts

In case the transfer is made by a third bank, you should choose to accept the charge of all transfer costs.

In the deposit, fill in your name and your order number, so that there is no delay in processing it. Shipping of your order will begin after confirmation by the accounting department.

2. Payment by Paypal

You can pay for your order with cash on delivery option through the online payment portal Paypal.

3. Payment by Credit or Debit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, as well as Debit cards of Greek Banks. The card is charged even for products with limited availability or products that may require an order to the Supplier.

The customer is solely responsible for the correct entry of his Credit or Debit card details.

When using the credit card for the first time there is a possibility that you will be asked to send a copy of the identity card as well as the credit card (with the last 4 digits covered) to info@kura.gr. We ask for your understanding of this additional procedure that has the sole purpose of avoiding the use of stolen credit cards and thus protecting their real owners. These details remain strictly confidential and are not given to any third party.

4. Payment by Cash on Delivery

You can pay your order to the courier, with the delivery of your order to your place. By choosing cash on delivery you will pay when you receive your order. The cost of cash on delivery is 2,50€ for all orders regardless of amount. Cash on delivery is available for orders under €500. According to the applicable tax provisions, orders worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and orders worth more than €620 (including VAT) to professionals/businesses (Invoice) should ONLY be paid by debit to credit or debit card or bank deposit/transfer.
