RETURNS

In case of a non-defective product, it can be returned if:

The request for return is made within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer receiving the order,
the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition.

n the case of a non-defective product, the customer bears the shipping costs. We clarify that any charges imposed (by your courier company, transport company, bank or credit card, etc.) will be charged to you and will not be refunded either by the third parties who carried them out, nor of course by kura.gr, which will not have collected their amount.

IMPORTANT: Non-defective refrigerator items, baby food and milk cannot be returned.

In any case, for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the respective receipt.

For orders that have been sent but their delivery has not been completed, the right of withdrawal is reserved. In particular, for orders that have been completed by debit/credit card, paypal or deposit to a bank account and have been delivered to the partner courier company, in order for the refund to be made, the order must first be returned to our company. Once the return of the package is completed, the value of the order will be credited to the Customer's account within 3-7 working days. In the case of charging the Customer via credit card, since kura.gr has collected the price from the Bank, it will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take all the prescribed actions. kura.gr , following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer.

Το kura.gr is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure, in particular incidents related to the COVID-19 pandemic, e.g. . prohibition of movement and exit/entry in a certain area of the country. Therefore, kura.gr is entitled to an extension of time for execution. Examples may be strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters, pandemics and epidemics.
